Turbo Blaze

Here's an OC desing I've been wanting to do for a while now. It was quite the challenge, but I seemed to have pulled it off.

I give you. This Reshiram OC by whom I can't think of a name for now, so I'll refer to him as "Cell" since he's in perfect form with muscles and all XP
"Hehe. You should feel lucky. You are the first to touch my perfect body."

Took me roughly about 4-7 hours to complete. I'm starting to time myself now ^^
